Our flat per-module pricing covers the vast majority of fire and EMS agencies. Frequently asked questions
What does setup include?
Every module has a one-time setup fee: $800 for NarcoticTrack, BloodTrack, ResusciTrack, ResponseTrack, SupplyTrack, and CrewTrack; $500 for CertTrack; $250 for ProtocolTrack. The build covers tenant configuration, integrations, admin provisioning, branding, and one or two training sessions. The ResponseTrack setup covers API key provisioning, field availability verification against your MetroPCR instance, historical backfill of up to five years, and a leadership walkthrough session. For bundles and packages, the one-time setup fee is the sum of the included modules' build fees. The VialTrace upgrade has no additional setup fee when added to NarcoticTrack.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Start with one module and add modules at any point. We will prorate the new module to your existing renewal date so everything is on one invoice.
Do you offer multi-year discounts?
Yes. Pay annually for a discount over month-to-month, and pay for two or three years up front for an additional discount. Most agencies pay annually.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH and check are preferred and avoid card processing fees. Credit card and purchase orders are also supported. Net 30 invoicing is standard for government agencies.
How does onboarding work?
Onboarding is configured to your agency end to end and takes one to two weeks. You keep your data and you can export at any time.
Are there per-user fees?
No. Pricing is per module per year for the entire agency. Add unlimited app users at no extra cost. The price for a five-medic department and a hundred-medic department is the same.
Do you offer enterprise or multi-agency pricing?
Yes. Our flat per-module pricing is built for individual fire and EMS agencies and covers almost everyone. Once an organization runs about 25 or more locations (stations, apparatus, and other controlled-substance storage points), or coordinates multiple agencies, or needs custom integrations, SSO, a signed BAA, or a formal procurement process, we scope a custom enterprise agreement.
