How we got here
We didn't start with a five-module platform. We started with one module: NarcoticTrack, built to solve controlled substance chain of custody for a single agency that was drowning in paper. Then another agency asked us to track credentials. Another needed mobile inventory for their bays. Another wanted real-time cold chain monitoring for blood products. Another needed cardiac arrest QA done in days instead of weeks. Another wanted version-controlled protocols their crews actually acknowledged.
Every one of those became a module other agencies now use. The pattern hasn't changed: a partner tells us where they hurt, we build it, and over time it becomes infrastructure others can adopt. If you have an operational problem that doesn't fit a product on the shelf, that's not a problem. That's how we work.

Intake forms, audit checklists, incident reports, post-event surveys, training acknowledgments. Mobile-friendly, conditional logic, file uploads, signature capture, automatic routing to the right person.
Pull data from the tools you already use and push results back. We've built integrations with ePCR systems, EHRs, training platforms, accounting software, hardware sensors, and government reporting endpoints. If it has an API, we can probably talk to it.
Multi-step approval flows, conditional notifications, scheduled tasks, escalation rules. Stop chasing people for signatures and stop forgetting to email the medical director on the third Tuesday of the month.

We talk through the problem, who's affected, and what success looks like. Usually 30 to 45 minutes. No prep needed on your end.
Written scope and quote
You get a one-page document with what we're building, what it costs, and how long it takes. Fixed price for fixed scope. No hourly billing surprises.
Build and review
We build in short iterations and show you working software, not mockups. You give feedback. We adjust. Repeat until it's right.
Ship and support
You launch. We stay on for the first 30 days to fix anything that surfaces in real use. After that, ongoing support is included in your IntegriTrack subscription.
