Your whole department's schedule. One calendar.

CrewTrack handles the rotation, the overtime, the trades, and the open-shift scramble, so your battalion chiefs spend their time running calls, not chasing the board.

Built for the way fire and EMS actually work. 24/48, 48/96, Kelly days, rotating platoons, combination and volunteer rosters. CrewTrack speaks fire-service scheduling out of the box, including FLSA 7(k) work-period overtime, not generic shift-app math. Unlimited users on every plan.

Five things every shift, built from your actual roster.

Rotating shift calendar

A color-coded month or week calendar that materializes your platoon rotation automatically, A/B/C platoons, 24/48 and other cycles, Kelly days, and every seat on every apparatus. Vacancies surface in red the moment they appear. Click any day to fill, trade, or reassign a seat without leaving the calendar.

FLSA & overtime tracking that knows fire-service rules

CrewTrack computes overtime on the real fire-service 7(k) work-period basis, not a flat weekly threshold. It tracks each member's hours against their configured FLSA period and surfaces who is approaching or over the line, with the dollar cost attached.

Shift trades, end to end

Members offer giveaways or swaps; the system finds eligible recipients, routes the offer, and holds it for approval. Trades flow through a clean approval queue with the cost and fatigue impact shown before anyone signs off.

Open-shift fill with ranked candidates

When a seat goes open, CrewTrack ranks every eligible member by overtime exposure (least overtime first), shows where each person normally works (station, unit, platoon), flags who would cross an FLSA threshold and the cost of using them, then sends offers in rounds. Fill the hole with the cheapest compliant option, not the first person who answers the phone.

Time-off, balances, and self-service

Members request time off, view their own leave and comp-time balances by bank, and manage their trades from any device. Approvals route to the right supervisor. Everything a crew member needs is one tab away.

Set it up for YOUR department.

CrewTrack models your real structure: stations, apparatus, and the individual seats on each unit, each with its own required qualification, rank, and minimum-staffing priority. Define Station 1 with Engine 1, Ladder 1, and Medic 1, set the seats and the credentials each requires, and the rotation materializes onto the calendar from there. Deactivating a unit or seat preserves all history; nothing is ever silently deleted.

Your rotation, your rules

Named minimum-staffing profiles, configurable FLSA work periods, custom pay and leave codes, and overtime/fill rules per agency.

Materialize and re-run safely

Generate the schedule forward from your rotation; re-running never overwrites manual edits or executed trades, and skips locked pay periods.

Every device, unlimited users

Web app, no install. Desktop, tablet, phone. Unlimited users, like every IntegriTrack module.

The numbers your chief and your union both ask for.

CrewTrack turns the schedule into the reports leadership actually needs, plus payroll-ready CSV export and a clean printable PDF roster for any date range.

Coverage

Fill rate by unit with healthy, at-risk, and critical thresholds, so you see staffing strain across the fleet at a glance.

Overtime cost

Regular vs. overtime cost per member and per unit, with the OT portion broken out visually so your biggest exposures are obvious.

Fatigue

Maximum consecutive hours and short-rest events per member against your configured thresholds, flagging high-risk crew before it becomes a liability.

CrewTrack and CertTrack work together.

CertTrack tracks every member's credentials and expiration dates. CrewTrack uses those same credentials as the qualification requirements on each seat, so the schedule can't put an unqualified or lapsed provider in a seat that requires the cert. Agencies serious about compliance run both.

Scheduling without the per-seat bill.

Most fire and EMS scheduling platforms charge per user, per month, so your cost climbs every time you hire. CrewTrack is one flat annual rate with unlimited users, the same price for a 20-person volunteer company and a 150-person career department. No per-seat math, no surprise renewal increases, no quote-only runaround.
